Caleb Williams Defends Painting His Nails
Heisman Winner Shares Reason Behind Style
USC Quarterback Mocked for Fashion Choice
Caleb Williams, the reigning Heisman Trophy winner and USC quarterback, has been painting his fingernails for every game this season. The Heisman Trophy winner and NFL draft prospect defended his style in a video after being mocked.
Williams said he started painting his nails in high school to honor his grandmother, who died of cancer. He said she always had her nails painted, and he wanted to find a way to keep her close to him.
Williams said he also paints his nails to match his outfits and express himself. He said he doesn't care what other people think about his style, and he's not going to stop painting his nails.
